REFUNDS & RETURNS
Your goods leave us in perfect condition, unless we discuss with you prior to shipping. Leather is a natural animal product and therefore defects and imperfections and dye lot colour changes are normal and part of the feature and individuality of the product. We can not refund for natural leather variations, dye lot or scent of the leather. We also endeavour to match the zip cotton to the leather colour as closely as possible, sometimes we are limited by what we can source with the zips and hardware and variations occur. The images in our listings should be taken as a guide and are indicative of our product but may not be identical.
If for any reason there is a serious manufacturing defect or major structural problem with the making of our products within 3 months of purchase we will gladly refund replace/repair the item for you at our discretion. This does not include wear & tear or use or misuse by the buyer.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY/TRANSIT
We use reputable carriers to ship our goods. If an item is delayed or withheld or carded by our courier company this is out of our control. If they attempt to deliver your goods and you are not home they will leave a card notifying you to arrange redelivery. If your item is returned to sender then you will have to pay postage again to have the parcel resent. Please contact us to arrange this.
LOST IN TRANSIT/DUTY
All our items are shipped with Australia Post, DHL or Couriers Please and Sendle. We are not responsible for any lost products during shipping or any customs duty or additional charges levied by government or third parties/bodies. We can not be responsible for items held by customs in the buyers country or items not delivered. Insurance can be applied to your item for an additional cost.
Custom items are unique and made just for you therefore can not be on sold to others.

Custom items are made specifically to the customers requirements. We are unable to refund/return/exchange these items for any reason. Please read our policies in more detail if you are unsure. Acceptance of these terms and this product in checkout is acceptance of these conditions of sale. Custom items currently have a approximate 22-26 day make time plus shipping. We can not refund or exchange for late deliveries, change of mind on custom orders or on sale items in stock.
Extra time is required for sourcing the leather of your choice and creating your own special item. We endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible but some production delays may occur. We will keep you posted if this is the case and we will update you throughout the process. If there is no indication of branding position we will opt to place it inside the bag.
We would prefer that you provide 2 leather colour options and 2 lining options so that we can proceed with the item in the event that we can not source the 1st preference. Our hardware options are silver and brass we do not have gold or black hardware. If a preference is not available, we will opt for the next available colour. At all times these selections are preferences and we do our best to ensure that your preference is met but for any reason we can not, we will complete the bag with the available hardware or colour. Using alternative hardware does not deem the bag to be defective and is in keeping with us supplying you an ordered item. Custom items by nature of changes may not look identical to items in our photographs.
Please note that leather is a natural animal material and therefore marks, variations and scars and varied texture and dye marks are a normal part of the material. Any cow hide hair products that have varied markings are unable to be guaranteed to look like the image shown. We now have two lining options a premium lining and a basic cotton selection which varies in shade from time to time, some may also become unavailable. We there for take a 'request' for lining colour but we can not provide the exact shade or hue and will do our best to provide as close to the colour expected as possible. If no preference is provided we will match the lining and the zip cotton as closely as possible to the leather colour. Please note chemical, cream and moisturisers can make coloured leather rub, please take care with these substances and your leather item.
We hope you understand we can not refund or replace for any of these aspects on custom made products.
Refunds are always at the discretion of the seller and we can not refund for change of mind, not fully reading the listing and dimensions or custom products. Please take careful note of dimensions, leather used and images which form part of our description. We can not be responsible for variations in monitors/computers/devices used to view our swatch of colours. The colours are a representation and we use the number provided but leather is dyed as a dye lot and variations do occur. We can not refund for dye lot variations.
Some items may not be eligible a refund or replacement. Any damage caused by misuse for another purpose not intended or wilful damage with not be refunded or replaced.
